Creative Copywriting: SATISFY High Country

For SATISFY’s High Country , I led the narrative direction across product copy, campaign language, and layering systems, including the naming of the collection itself.

High Country was conceived as an evolution of The Ranch. A progression into higher territory. Both literal and figurative. A shift in altitude, effort, and intent. The name reflects that ascent, reaching beyond familiar ground toward thinner air, harsher conditions, and a deeper mental register. It taps directly into SATISFY’s enduring ethos of The High, where running becomes a means of clarity, presence, and elevation.

My work focused on translating winter running into a lived experience rather than a technical problem to solve. I developed product descriptions, seasonal storytelling distributed across a suite of product copy, newsletter, ads, YouTube description, and a full Instagram rollout.

The language balances restraint and poetry, pairing material precision with a quieter emotional register. Warmth, breathability, protection, and release are treated as sensations before specifications. Across base layers, mid layers, shells, and extremities, the copy follows the rhythm of the run itself: cold starts, rising effort, exposure, calm.
